“The room was lovely and clean. The staff would polite and courteous. The pool area was beautiful. I definitely recommend this place and would stay there again”

“The shower drain had an issue and water would back up while showering, so I reported it to reception. They advised they would send maintenance, which they did, however they used a chemical with a very strong and unpleasant smell. I raised this again with reception and had to request that we be relocated, which was eventually arranged. I would have expected the hotel to offer a room change before carrying out maintenance, rather than us needing to ask. The breakfast was also disappointing. The……

“Great location and clean. Easy walking distance to stadium and city centre. Warning....don't park at the facility and attempt to go for a quick beer at the brewery next door without going to reception first......eagle eyed staff will come after you!!”
